Filtres de charbon actif Cruma :
Tous les filtres à charbon actifs des hottes Cruma ont été imprégnés, élaborés et testés conformément à la norme EN-141. Ils sont conçus pour absorber les produits indiqués ci-dessous :

Type A : idéal pour les cétones, les éthers, les alcools, les cycliques... peut éventuellement être utilisé avec les acides inorganiques mais uniquement si ceux-ci ne sont pas très abondants. En effet, ce charbon actif n'est pas imprégné et l'excès d'acide risque de l'endommager.

Type BE : optimal pour les acides inorganiques comme le H₂SO₄, le HCl, HNO₃, ainsi que lpour les composés volatils de soufre comme le H₂S, le SO₃... peut être utilisé avec des vapeurs organiques. En effet, le charbon actif contient des imprégnations de composés métalliques et de sels neutralisants. Ce type est également recommandé pour filtrer les organiques et les inorganiques, lorsque ceux-ci sont produits dans des proportions similaires.

Type F : optimum pour le fromaldéhyde, le formol et les dérivés, et aussi pour d'autres composés organiques. Le charbon actif a une imprégnation Cu, et ne doit donc jamiais être utilisé avec des acides inorganiques.

Type K : optimum pour NH3, et les amines comme pour les autres composés organiques. Il est imprégné de sels métalliques complexes.

Type D : filtre HEPA H-14 pour filtration de poussières et particules de fumées.

Type ABEK : type mixte à utiliser si les proportions d'organiques, d'inorganiques et de NH₃/amines sont similaires.

To protect the operator during powder weighing operations, Cruma designed a new cabinet with double HEPA fi ltration for the retention of particles of 0.3 microns or larger: a main filter H-14 + and exhaust safety filter H-14. Optionally, it can be confi gured with an activated exhaust carbon filter instead of the H-14 filter.
Weighing operations must be performed in a controlled environment that eliminates any risk of operator exposure to manipulated products and guarantee the level of precision required by the applications of drug companies.
