The PerfectSil 100 ODS-3 HPLC column (L.250 x Ø.4.6 mm), 5 µm, is a standard octadecylsilyl-modified column (also known as ODS, RP-18, C18) for reverse-phase chromatography. The high surface area and moderate packing density make the PerfectSil 100 ODS-3 HPLC column ideal for a wide range of analytes. Separation is based on hydrophobic interactions, and free silanols are protected by end-capping. These columns are used in pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, and pesticide and residue analysis.
