The PerfectSil 100 NH2 HPLC column L.50 x Ø.4.6mm, 5µm, is a medium-polarity amino column suitable for normal-phase and reverse-phase chromatography, as well as for HILIC and, depending on the pH, for ion-exchange chromatography. The amino group allows for the formation of hydrogen bonds, which provides an alternative selectivity compared to C18 phases. In HILIC mode, carbohydrates (sugar analysis) can be analyzed. The analysis of lipids and fatty acid esters is also possible in normal-phase mode with the PerfectSil 100 NH2 HPLC column. Due to its weak ion-exchange properties, organic acids or phosphate compounds can also be analyzed.
