Application :

Rabbit serum is used to support cultures of Borrelia burgdorferi, the causative agent of Lyme disease.
Rabbit Serum is used for the following applications :
• sampling for bacteriological cultures and culture conditions
• as a supplement in BSK-S medium in a study to evaluate the infectivity and pathogenicity of BL206 and B515 grown in BSK medium containing this product vs the medium containing rabbit serum (v/réf.: 4815593).
• light microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry.
• immunoelectron microscopy
